More Pictures from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Lawmakers

Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the images.

Additionally contained in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the lower right-hand corner.

The site plan is marked up in red pen markings and includes a notes section identifying various sections of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including designs for dock shelters.

Additional images made public as part of the current oversight release.
